Sample Strip Provision
As part of our bespoke service, Hinkro Kente provides one (1) complimentary sample strip during the Pre-Weaving Consultation phase. This initial sample aims to align the client's vision with our weaving capabilities.
Additional Sample Strips
Should the client request further sample strips beyond the initial complimentary one, additional charges will apply. The cost for each extra sample strip will be communicated and agreed upon before production.
Modifications to Existing Patterns
Clients may request modifications to existing patterns, such as adding or altering motifs. Such customizations will incur additional fees, which will be determined based on the complexity of the changes and communicated to the client beforehand.
Development of New Patterns
Creating entirely new kente patterns is an intricate process that may require multiple iterations to achieve the desired outcome. Clients should be aware that:
- The initial development fee covers the design and weaving of the first sample strip.
- If subsequent iterations are necessary to refine the pattern, each additional sample strip will incur a separate fee.
- The number of iterations required cannot always be predetermined, as achieving the perfect design is a collaborative and creative process.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for the costs associated with each additional sample strip requested beyond the initial complimentary one. Hinkro Kente commits to working closely with clients throughout the design process to ensure satisfaction with the final product.
