Our Design Process
Stages that results in success
This is where we put together the beautiful concept of designs in
your mind to reality. We put the colors of your choice in this process.
1
Consultation
This initial step involves meeting with the client to understand their needs, preferences, and any specific requirements for the kente design.
2
Concept and Design
Based on the consultation, Hinkro Kente develops a concept and design for the kente cloth. This includes selecting patterns, colors, and symbols that align with the client's vision.
3
Client Approval
The proposed design is presented to the client for feedback and approval. Any necessary adjustments are made to ensure the client's satisfaction before proceeding.
4
Weaving
Once the design is approved, the yarns are prepared according to the specified colors and patterns. Skilled weavers then begin the intricate process of weaving the kente cloth on traditional looms.
5
Sample Weave Inspection
A sample of the woven kente is inspected to ensure it meets the quality standards and design specifications. Any issues identified are addressed before continuing with the full weaving process.
6
Finishing
The final kente cloth undergoes finishing touches, which may include washing, ironing, and trimming. This step ensures the cloth is in perfect condition and ready for delivery to the client.
